Narrow and wide feet

We make each pair to order. When you order, tell us your foot width, or send us a photo of your traced foot on WhatsApp. We'll confirm your size with you before we start making your pair.

Made to measure

We can make your pair just right, but we need one thing from you: your measurements. Here's how it works:

  1. Choose your style and size, and add any customisation notes when you order.
  2. We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your size and customisation before production starts.
  3. Your pair is handmade to order and delivered in 10–12 days.
  4. If your pair is too loose or too tight, we'll adjust the size for free after delivery.

Please note: heel height can't be changed after delivery. If you'd like a custom heel height, tell us before production starts.

How to measure your foot

You'll need a piece of paper, a pencil and a ruler or measuring tape.

  1. Place the paper on a flat surface and stand on it with your heel against a wall.
  2. Trace your foot. Use a pencil to outline your foot. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
  3. Measure the length from your heel to your longest toe with a ruler.
  4. Measure the width across the widest part of your foot if your feet are narrow or wide, and share it with us.
  5. Repeat for both feet and use the longer measurement.
  6. Check the size chart above to find your size, or send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we'll help.

Which sizes do you make?

Every size from EU 32 to EU 45 (US 1 to 14). See the chart above for UK sizes and foot length in cm.

My feet are wide (or narrow). Can you make a pair for me?

Every pair is made to order. Tell us your foot width or send a photo of your traced foot on WhatsApp, and we'll confirm your size with you before production starts.

I'm not sure about my size. What should I do?

Measure both feet as shown above and use the longer measurement. You can also send us your measurements on WhatsApp. We confirm your size before we start making your pair.

What if my pair doesn't fit?

After delivery, we can adjust the size for free if your pair is too loose or too tight.

Can the heel height be changed after delivery?

No. Heel height can't be changed after delivery, so please confirm any custom heel height with us before production starts.

How long will my pair take?

Each pair is made to order and delivered in 10–12 days.
