In case we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we will proceed with the size selected at checkout along with the standard heel height.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. However, minor alterations in the existing pair may be possible wherever feasible.

For international orders:
If you have purchased more than one pair of footwear, our team will contact you separately to confirm the shipping charges, as the system may not accurately calculate shipping costs for multiple items.
