If the shoe does not fit, you can return them for revision. We will rectify the issue and send you the revised pair upon receiving the original pair.
Customisation Charges  
Custom heel height is available for ₹2,000, lehenga embroidery for ₹3,000, or both together for ₹3,500. Fabric colour change is offered free of cost & 1800 extra for urgent orders

.Please note, For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional advance payment of ₹1500 will be collected after the order is placed to confirm and process your order.Once your shoes are delivered, we offer size adjustments if they’re too loose or tight, but changes to the heel height will not be possible.We specialize in handmade shoes, and while we strive to match each pair as closely as possible to the reference photos, slight variations may occur in embroidery, zip color, or shade due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
